Becoming an onAir member is simple and free. All that is required is your first and last name, your email address, your zip code and display name. All of your account information is kept private except for your display name.

Membership benefits
Having your voice matter onAir matters. We encourage high school and college students and the interested public to participate in the discussions if they follow the moderation guidelines. You can also identify the issues you would like your representatives to address. To learn more about onAir Networks, go to this post.
Becoming an onAir member will enable you to:
- Comment on posts in any onAir Hub;
- Curate and moderate posts;
- Author and moderate news posts and have sponsors so can earn money from your contributions;
- Be able to follow posts and members and create your own My onAir user experience;
- Qualify to be an onAir Chapter member;
- Participate in aircasts (Aircasts are student-produced, livestreamed online discussions).
- Intern with onAir – nonpartisan nonprofit supporting democracies around the world

Your Hub activity is NOT tracked or shared. Simply visiting any US onAir network Hub also does not expose your identity publicly.
When you submit personal information to Virginia onAir for any purpose, your information will not be sold or shared with any third parties unless you give consent.
You also can, at any time, request that your information be deleted. Such requests will be honored within one business day.
